Frequently asked questions
Entry requirements
We assess every applicant on their potential, not just their paperwork. A Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification is preferable but not essential — equivalent industry experience or transferable skills can be just as valuable. Applicants should be aged 19+ on the first day of the course. Access to a laptop or tablet is preferable, so you can complete your enrolment and any funding paperwork online before you start. How long is the course?
32 weeks in total — 24 weeks of college sessions (one day a week), followed by a further 8 weeks of Community Salon sessions on real clients. Live-client work is supported by practical observation, written assignments, theory papers set by VTCT, and a portfolio of evidence built across all disciplines.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Our funded Diplomas can be taken with £0 upfront through an Advanced Learner Loan — you only start repaying once you earn over £29,385 a year, and interest (RPI-linked) is charged from the day the loan is paid out. Are your courses accredited?
Yes. This is a VTCT-accredited Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Services, delivered at our centre in Warrington.
What career support do you provide?
You’ll graduate as a well-rounded beauty therapist — equipped for roles in salons, spas, hotel spas, mobile work, or running your own beauty therapy business, with skills spanning skincare, waxing, nails and massage.
Do I need my own kit?
No — all the equipment and products you need are provided in-house, so there’s nothing to buy to get started. It’s preferable to have access to a laptop or tablet, so you can complete your enrolment and any funding or loan paperwork online before you start.
