Entry requirements
We assess every applicant on their potential, not just their paperwork. A Level 2 nail or beauty qualification is preferable but not essential — equivalent industry experience or a working portfolio can be just as valuable. Applicants should be aged 19+ on the first day of the course. Access to a laptop or tablet is preferable, so you can complete your enrolment online before you start. How long is the course?
16 weeks of one college session per week. Live-client practical work runs across the back half of the course, supported by written assignments, theory exams set by VTCT Skills, and a portfolio of evidence built throughout.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Pay in full by card or bank transfer, or spread the cost — in-house instalments (no interest, no credit check), interest-free splits via Clearpay or PayPal Pay in 3, or flexible monthly plans through Payl8r.
Are your courses accredited?
Yes. This is a VTCT-accredited Level 2 Certificate in Nail Technology, delivered at our centre in Warrington.
What career support do you provide?
You’ll graduate able to work in established salons, run your own mobile or home-based nail business, or specialise in nail art, bridal, or competition work. The Level 3 also opens the door to assessor awards and salon management progression.
Do I need my own kit?
No — all the equipment and products you need are provided in-house, so there’s nothing to buy to get started. It’s preferable to have access to a laptop or tablet, so you can complete your enrolment online before you start.
