Frequently asked questions
Entry requirements
We assess every applicant on their potential, not just their paperwork. A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent regulated qualification) is required — the L4 builds directly on L3 anatomy and treatment foundations. Applicants should be aged 19+ on the first day of the course. Access to a laptop or tablet is preferable, so you can complete your enrolment and any funding paperwork online before you start. Get in touch to verify your prior qualifications.
How long is the course?
16 weeks of one college session per week, plus a mandatory minimum of 6 Community Salon sessions (up to 12 available) of real-client practical and assessment observations from Week 4 onwards. The external theory paper is sat at the end of the theory phase, supported by written assignments and an evidence portfolio.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Our funded Diplomas can be taken with £0 upfront through an Advanced Learner Loan — you only start repaying once you earn over £29,385 a year, and interest (RPI-linked) is charged from the day the loan is paid out. Are your courses accredited?
Yes. This is a VTCT-accredited Level 4 Diploma in Permanent Hair Removal and Skin Rejuvenation, delivered at our centre in Warrington.
