Frequently asked questions
Entry requirements
We assess every applicant on their potential, not just their paperwork. A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent regulated qualification) is required — the L4 builds directly on L3 anatomy and treatment foundations. Applicants should be aged 19+ on the first day of the course. Access to a laptop or tablet is preferable, so you can complete your enrolment and any funding paperwork online before you start. Get in touch to verify your prior qualifications.
How long is the course?
26 weeks of one college session per week, plus a mandatory minimum of 9 Community Salon sessions (up to 15 available) from Week 7 onwards. Live-client work in our medical-suite environment runs throughout, supported by case studies, written assignments, theory papers set by VTCT Skills, and a clinical evidence portfolio.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Our funded Diplomas can be taken with £0 upfront through an Advanced Learner Loan — you only start repaying once you earn over £29,385 a year, and interest (RPI-linked) is charged from the day the loan is paid out. Are your courses accredited?
Yes. This is a VTCT-accredited Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Beauty Therapy, delivered at our centre in Warrington.
What career support do you provide?
You’ll graduate as a clinical-tier aesthetic practitioner — equipped for advanced clinic roles, medical spa work, or running your own aesthetics clinic. The Level 4 unlocks insurance for laser/IPL/skin rejuvenation services and is the gateway into our Level 5 and Level 7 progression routes.
Do I need my own kit?
No — all the equipment and products you need are provided in-house, so there’s nothing to buy to get started. It’s preferable to have access to a laptop or tablet, so you can complete your enrolment and any funding or loan paperwork online before you start.
